Since 2010, Dell has been joined by her daughter, Karen Jose, with great effort to continue growing the business never deviating from the original family principles. Although Dell has retired, her legacy of compassionate, high-quality care remains central to the company’s mission. Her dedication and leadership laid the foundation for a family-focused approach, and those values continue to guide the business today.
Continuing Dell’s Mission
In 2024, Karen’s son, Paolo, felt a calling and decided to join his mom to be an instrument of service to seniors in the surrounding areas of New Jersey. Before stepping into the home care industry, Paolo worked for a public accounting firm in New York after college and even ran his own deck and fence painting business for four years during COVID. He finds the greatest fulfillment in providing peace of mind to families and comfort to seniors, knowing they are receiving the highest quality care. With hospitality and compassion at the core of his work, Paolo’s mission is to create a supportive and caring environment for those who need it most.
