Job Overview:
Family Care Placement, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a full-time Certified Home Health Aide Caregiver. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional care to our clients, ensuring their well-being and comfort. Proficiency in Tagalog is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Administer medication and ensure adherence to prescribed healthcare routines.
- Monitor and report changes in the client’s physical and emotional well-being.
- Foster a supportive and caring environment for the client.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks as needed.
- Ability to follow the patient care plan as directed by the Nursing Supervisor.
Requirements:
- Applicant must be a current Certified Home Health Aide.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; proficiency in Tagalog is preferred, but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and empathy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Must pass a background check and provide references.
