Job Overview:
Family Care Placement, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a full-time Certified Home Health Aide Caregiver. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional care to our clients, ensuring their well-being and comfort. Proficiency in Tagalog is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
  2. Administer medication and ensure adherence to prescribed healthcare routines.
  3. Monitor and report changes in the client’s physical and emotional well-being.
  4. Foster a supportive and caring environment for the client.
  5. Assist with light housekeeping tasks as needed.
  6. Ability to follow the patient care plan as directed by the Nursing Supervisor.

Requirements:

  1. Applicant must be a current Certified Home Health Aide.
  2. Ability to communicate effectively in English; proficiency in Tagalog is preferred, but not required.
  3. Strong interpersonal skills and empathy.
  4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  5. Must pass a background check and provide references.
